LEARN

We believe that children and families should have equitable access to learning environments that nurture their cognitive and social-emotional growth and prepare them for meaningful careers of their choice.

EARLY CHILDHOOD

The focus is on ensuring children ages 0-5 have access to environments that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development, aiming for kindergarten readiness. Despite the known benefits of early childhood education, there's a gap in available slots for families. Investments are directed towards increasing accessibility, supporting organizations that enhance systems, offer family services, and develop professional skills.

This approach aims to bridge the service gap, ensuring more children have the early support they need.

POST-SECONDARY PATHWAYS

To address the need for equitable job access, the initiative focuses on ensuring everyone can gain the credentials and skills required for sustainable employment. As the job landscape evolves, with a significant portion requiring post-secondary education or training by 2031, there's an emphasis on making career pathways more accessible and improving education and workforce systems.
